Great place to have your car serviced. Trustworthy staff and although it seems a little expensive for certain repairs or maintenance, you get quality work for the cost.

I had great customer service today when I went in for a regular car inspection. Mr. Ty was super nice and very supportive while my daughters and I waited on the car to get finished.

I usually get my oil changed here, and I’ve always trusted their work. During my last visit, they mentioned I needed rear brakes, a CVT flush, and new rear struts. I asked if they could show me photos of the struts leaking since I had tried to look myself but couldn’t see much. They forgot to take the photos initially, but one of the employees actually pulled the old parts out of the trash (after the repair) just to show me. That was really kind and went above and beyond what I expected. Their honesty and willingness to take that extra step meant a lot. Thank you!

Wonderful place and great people with good work ethic. I was travelling through this town and got a flat tire on a Friday evening during their closing time. I entered the store around 4:30pm, explained my urgency and situation, left the store around 4:45pm with my tire fixed. It was 3 weeks ago and the tire is still good, so it is a good work they did. Seeing my desperate sitiuation they could charge me a lot of money, but they did for free of charge. I was ready to pay and insisted multiple times, but they refuse to charge me. Very kind people with skill and a automotive shop is a rare find. Thanks a lot for helping me.

I didn’t get any service here, but this is more a review on their employee’s attitude. I was in a rush and driving for work and realized my tire pressure was low, stopped in and they seemed pretty busy but the gentleman whose name I didn’t catch stopped what he was doing and filled me up. Despite the inconvenience he did not show it and instead was very polite. Great attitude and way to catch new business in my opinion. 👍🏼

I’ve taken all my cars here for years and have not ever been disappointed. They’ve been able to get my car fixed and inspections done quickly (within reason of course). Simon has always been a great help, detailing issues and potential fixes. I always got my questions answered and felt like I could trust the people in the shop to do a great job, which they have time and time again. I recommend anyone to bring their cars here!

I love this car shop! Everyone there are so nice and its positive energy between the workers too! They get things done in a timely manner and are very efficient as well. Simon takes care of you right and is so knowledgeable about pretty much everything. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off or anything. They are simply a great reasonable place and takes care of you right! 🙂

I noticed my front driver’s side tire wasn’t holding air. Assurance is down the road from where I live, so I decided to drive over and see if they could repair it. There were a lot of cars in the lot and the bays, so I didn’t think they would be able to fit me in. Instead, they had me in and out of there with a repaired tire in less than thirty minutes. The staff was friendly and the service was obviously top notch. Assurance will be getting my tire-related business from now on!

This place consistently knocks it out of the park for me. I’ve been patronizing this shop long before the name change. It’s the same friendly people working there. They are very efficient and save me my most valuable asset – my time. For the NC state inspection, I am usually in and out within 30 minutes! Granted, I purposely schedule this in the middle of the month and week. Even so, they do a great job of getting me in and out quickly.

We live over an hour away from my daughter’s school and she got in car to find she had very little tire pressure. She googled and found Assurance Tire, drove there to find she had a nail in her tire. Ryan was very nice & concerned. He took care of her as he would his own. As a mom I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help. We will definitely be back and refer anyone else in the area to them. We give Ryan 10 stars!

I have been a LONG time customer at Assurance. I do all my oil changes, inspections, tire replacements, and general maintenance with Assurance. Total honesty and excellent customer service.
